Katie Foley - Owner

Katie Foley has spent the last twelve years as a school teacher after receiving her Bachelors in Education as well as Psychology. With such an extensive background in human behavior transitioning into real estate was a no brainer.

She is anxiously awaiting putting her skills to work helping her clients identify the perfect home to match the personality and needs of their family. In addition, Katie is eager to help homeowner’s list their homes and maximize the return on their investment in this fast-moving market.

Katie along with her husband and two kids call Dawson, Texas home. Her farm life includes furry friends - two dogs, Snickers and Tanner; Three cats, Midnight, Flower and Snowflake. (The kids name the pets and the cows at the pasture.)

Katie has her finger on the pulse of the Navarro County community and the unlimited potential the area has for growth (while still keeping the country lifestyle charm intact.) Katie loves small town America living, where neighbors look out for each other, the waves as you pass by each other and the heart ingrained amidst it all. She cannot wait to help her clients find their place - their Mayberry or in Kate’s case, Dawson.
